Atlas Agent Quality Awards

We are dedicated to our customers and their satisfaction. Each year, we confer the following awards to recognize agents who exceed standards for service excellence.

Milton M. Hill Quality Award

The Milton M. Hill Quality Award is dedicated to the memory of Atlas Director Milt Hill whose commitment to quality and professionalism left a lasting influence on our organization. Criteria include the Hauling Excellence Award and outstanding performance ratings in customer satisfaction, estimating, claims, safety, and warehouse operations. This award is the ultimate mark of distinction for Atlas agents; those who earn it truly rank among "the best of the best."

The highest quality award presented by Atlas Van Lines is the Milton M. Hill Quality Award. This award is dedicated to the memory of Milt Hill and the Quality and professionalism he demanded for our customers.
Recipients of the Milton M. Hill Quality Award must achieve the following before receiving Atlas' ultimate quality presentation:

  • Must be a full-service agency that meets or exceeds all 12 quality standards on the Agency Performance Evaluation as outlined in the ATLAS WORLD-CLASS COMMITMENT.
  • Receive a "superior" Facility Rating of "5" on the Agency Inspection Form.
  • Achieve the Hauling Excellence Award from the Relocation Services Group.
  • Must be an agent for the full convention year.
  • Have combined booker/hauler revenue of at least $1,000,000.
  • There is no limited number of winners for this award and we encourage all full service Atlas agents to focus their efforts and set their goals to achieve the Milton M. Hill Quality Award.

World-Class Commitment

The Atlas World-Class Commitment program mandates a quarterly assessment of our agencies in 12 critical areas, including customer satisfaction, estimating accuracy, and claims experience. We physically inspect each agent's operations and address needs for improvement immediately. We review and refine our standards regularly to continuously elevate the performance of our entire network and further its pursuit of total customer satisfaction.
To qualify for this award, the following criteria must be met:

  • A full-service agency that meets or exceeds all 12 of the Quality Criteria.
  • A facility that is ranked at least "Above Average" (a '4' rating) by the Quality Focus Group.
  • Must be an agent for the full convention year.

Cartus Award

The Cartus Commitment to Excellence Platinum Award recognizes the individual service provider for its exceptional service results. This award recognizes a supplier’s measurable commitment to excellence and is presented to Global Network service providers who have distinguished themselves by achieving critical performance metrics in our highest Commitment to Excellence category.
